All ticket sales for Chaos of Eden events are final. By purchasing a ticket through our website or any affiliated platforms, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

No Refunds or Exchanges

Chaos of Eden operates a strict no-refund policy on all ticket purchases, including but not limited to:
- General admission and VIP tickets
- Event bookings through third-party platforms
- Promotional or discounted tickets
We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or transfers once a purchase has been completed — this applies regardless of personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or changes in availability.

Event Postponement or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that a Chaos of Eden event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will notify all ticket holders via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.
Depending on the situation, we may:

- Offer a rescheduled date with tickets transferred automatically
- Offer a refund only if the event is cancelled with no reschedule planned

Decisions regarding refunds for cancelled events are made at our sole discretion and communicated clearly through official channels.

Non-Attendance

If you are unable to attend an event for any reason (including illness, travel issues, or change of plans), no refund will be issued.
